Here’s everything you need to know for a smooth and relaxing experience:

Chair Setup

Beach chairs are set up upon arrival. To have your chairs placed, simply check in
with one of our attendants — they are located near the boardwalk under a royal blue
umbrella and dressed in Coastal uniforms. Just give them your name or order number,
and they’ll take care of the rest.

Chair Placement

Chair placement is first come, first serve.

Vacant Chair Policy

If your chairs are left completely vacant for 30 minutes or more, our attendants
will remove them and place them in the storage area. Don’t worry — if you return,
just let the attendant know and they’ll set them back up for you.

Midday Hold

We do not remove empty chairs between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM, so everyone has a
chance to get lunch.

Service Hours

Our team is on the beach daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Attendants take a
30-minute lunch break between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, typically around 12:00–12:30 PM.

We’re here to make your beach day effortless and enjoyable. If you need anything,
